ANANT HABITAT was established as a professional real estate company with the goal of fulfilling the housing needs of the people of Mysuru. Our goal is to create a win-win situation to the people and also deliver unparalleled value proposition to our clients. Over the years, the company has diversified from a real estate company to construction, delivering turnkey projects at competitive rates without compromising on quality. The company has completed a number of housing projects in EPC model.
The company operates in 3 verticals namely real estate, realty- Real estate consultancy services, construction, Tax consultancy, Insurance and further plans to expand into hospitality, tourism sectors. The company is actively scouting opportunities to expand its operations.
Founder :
Achyutha Bharadwaj , a Civil Engineer by profession started his career as Trainee Engineer at Brigade Enterprises Ltd and worked his way up. There, he helped deliver two stellar projects for the company. The Grand Mercure, Mysuru and The Holiday Inn Express, Bengaluru are 5 star hotels that have become landmarks in their own. He gained immense experience which led him to start his own company.
Advisor :
Dr Satish Kumar L , a seasoned bureaucrat, retired as Additional Commissioner of GST. He is a botanist by academics, completing his PhD in Seed Pathology from the University of Mysore in 1998. He qualified for the KAS batch of 1997 and got selected as Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Karnataka. He is a GST master trainer and has delivered several workshops on GST. He is also an independent GST consultant.
